Delicious Beef Tongue Tacos
Ha! I was just looking over the recipe to cook a couple of beef tongues I have in my fridge. The first two times I made this, one tongue was just barely enough for my 3 kids without me or my husband having any. I looked a this recipe today and thought "this cant be the recipe I used before"! Apparently, I didn't read over it correctly and cooked the tongue WITH the tomatoes and the peppers as well, instead of making salsa!! It was so good that I'm going to make that "mistake" again!

Whipped Cream Frosting
Super easy and light frosting! If you like super sweet frosting then you need to add more sugar or pick a different frosting. I did use powdered sugar instead of the granulated but I forgot to put everything in the fridge to cool off beforehand. Otherwise, this was an excellent recipe and I will definitely use it again!

Heavenly White Cake
This cake was AWESOME! Yes it's a little denser than I'm used to but it still had a light flavor so it was absolutely perfect! I used the adjustments that were in previous posts (more milk, folding in meringue, mixing other ingredients before making meringue) and was VERY happy! I did have a hard time with my meringue and never got it to stiff peaks. It seemed to stay in a creamy stage for what seemed like 10 minutes of beating so I gave up and used it as it was. It was still fine! I used A whipped Cream frosting posted by Tom Parker and voila! Perfect birthday cake! I highly recommend this recipe!
