Pumpkin Gingerbread

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2012
This was really really good. Made it for Christmas and it was all gone the same day. Don't really need a frosting as the bread is sweet and yummy already.

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
This is one of the BEST bread recipes I've EVER made! The bread is so moist and delicious and SO easy! This has become my new favorite. We made it in Mason jars and gave it out as gifts for my work at Christmas. Everyone loved it! I didn't realize it was going to make SO much, as the batter filled my whole 5qt. Kitchenaid, so make sure you have a large bowl when making or reduce the servings if you don't want too much. Really amazing recipe. Next time I'm going to add nuts or chocolate chips and make as muffins.

Hot Spiced Cranberry Cider

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
This is delicious and so easy to make! We used Cranberry Pomegranate juice instead of regular cranberry. I followed all directions and then strained it and put it in the crockpot (as others suggested). It's easy to reheat, just turn it on warm! So wonderful, I'm sharing the recipe with all my friends!

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
I absolutely LOVE this recipe! I think it's ruined regular pancakes for me! I followed the directions exactly and they turn out amazing every time! I like to serve with powdered sugar, nutella and fresh slices of banana because I think the contrast in texture of the cooked banana and fresh is delightful!

German Pancake

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
Wow! German Pancakes are pretty simple and I've made them before but I didn't have recipe so I used this one. Turned out just as expected! Delicious. However, it took me a while to get the courage to make the buttermilk syrup. I happen to have some leftover buttermilk and I didn't want to waste it so I figured we'd try to make the syrup and if it was gross then oh well at least we used the buttermilk. WOW. The syrup was amazing! It is this really rich caramel flavor and it's to die for! Everyone in my house loved it even our picky eater! I did not have any corn syrup but after reading some other reviews I was confident that I could do without it. I have already shared the recipe with my mom and my best friend! It's worth trying for sure just remember to constantly stir it otherwise it will boil over!
