I love anything about cooking and baking...i think it's the passion and happiness that i feel every time i cook for people...i'm a happy man...positive thinker. oh i love pasta and anything to do with bbq and creamy sauces, baking...definitely a big yes it was my foundation since i found my place in the kitchen. Kaldereta...its a fusion of spanish cuisine with lots of tomatoes in it and also sweets like macaroons and varieties of tarts. i made my first cake when i was 14 yrs old and you can't pay any amount of money the smiles you see on my face that day...yeah it's been ages now hahaha. oh my i think when i burn my right hand during a baking session as soon i've remove the pan out of the oven it fell through and its really painful.
