Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
This is the most delicious way I have ever eaten cauliflower. I usually smother it with butter or cheese in order to eat it, but this is so much healthier and actually tastes better too. I followed the directions exactly.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
This recipe is super easy to make, healthy and suprisingly tasty. My meat- and potato-eating relatives tried this stew and asked me for the recipe! It's that good. I only use one package of veggie crumbles, 1 bell pepper, skip the jalepenos and use less chili powder for a more mild chili.

Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
This is way too sweet. Even my five-year-old daughter said it was too sweet and didn't want it. I thought 4 cups seemed like a lot of sugar when I put it in the bowl. I'd recommend you add the sugar slowly to taste. I also had to add a touch of water to make the "frosting" more spreadable, even though I know it's supposed to be like fudge. I will not make this again. It's too sweet for us.

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
This is a great-tasting recipe. I added sliced chunks of yellow onion, which added a nice touch. I served it on top of brown rice and my husband added a dash of soy sauce.

Tofu Keema

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
This dish is excellent! My husband thought it was chicken until I told him it was tofu. I am new to tofu. I love indian food, so if you love the curry taste, you'll love this recipe.

Jacksonville Carrots

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
I'm deleting this one from my recipe box. I like carrots just steamed with butter, but I wanted to try something different for the holiday. I did not like it at all. The paprika or something made it spicy and the flavor combination was just weird. Out of 6 people, no one had seconds, so that tells me it's not just me.

Hungarian Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. The cream is rich, thick and flavorful. It would be great paired with some white wine. The one-hour cook time is too long. The thick, bone-in pork chops were a little overdone after 50 minutes. I think 35-40 minutes would have been right.
