Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Pretty good flavor. I added a bit more seasonings because we like a lot of flavor. I thought the recipe could use more chicken but otherwise it was pretty tasty, quick and easy! Even my picky son ate it, and anything he'll eat is a keeper!

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Pretty easy to do and tastes awesome! Was a huge hit at our football Sunday gathering! Everyone loved them. Next time I'm gonna have to double the recipe!

Fried Rice with Cilantro

This was DELICIOUS! I marinated the chicken in soy sauce and garlic powder for a day first and added mushrooms and green pepper. I also used regular white rice. DEFINITELY recommend the lime squeezed on top- really finished it off. If doubled, good for big groups! Will definitely make again!
