This recipe is amazing they do not taste like they are for passover, I made these into cupcake's and they were to die for! I whipped the sugar and butter until it was very pale to incorporate more air to make it fluffy. as well as the ganache topping i whipped until it was cold making it like a piped icing

Caramel Popcorn

Amazing!!! no need to say more, for spicy add 1t cayenne to the caramel, for chocolate, drizzle chocolate on finished popcorn..... the possibility's are endless

Creamy Lemon Pie

I love this pie! It is super easy #1 and everyone raves about it. It has now become a staple over the past few years for my Thanksgiving dinner. It is so versatile that even sometimes I use key limes or regular limes, oranges, or other citrus. YUM!
