Deep Fried Oreos®

Pretty good but it didn't quite pop like the fried Oreos I had in Vegas at Nathan's on Fremont Street. I added a half cup of sugar to the batter and bam! That is what it was missing. Really brings out the flavor of the oreo. So I love the recipe - I would just add about a half cup of sugar to the batter.

Peanut Butter Frosting

I used much less sugar than this recipe called for (about a cup and 1 half of confectioners sugar) and the frosting came out creamy and delicious.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Really simple and delicious sliders. I used mini wheat potato hamburger buns and 96% lean ground beef and they worked perfectly. Pickles def complete the flavor. I could be crazy but I think they were even better heated up the day after.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II

This recipe is excellent - it wasn't brownie-like at all to me. It had a very smooth texture and nice rich chocolate flavor. I made a chocolate glaze and drizzled it over the cake and it worked great. I made the recipe as-is with no modifications. Make sure to microwave it for 30 - 45 seconds before serving. It is incredible warm.

Quick and Easy Home Fries

This is a great recipe - I've used it a few times and it comes out perfect every time. I cook it with the lid on for closer to 15 minutes and I like to use a mix of salt, pepper and garlic powder for the seasoning. The home fries come out crispy on the outside and the seasonings are cooked right in. Highly recommended.

Fluffy Two Step Cheesecake II

Yum really good - hard to tell it is non-fat. I used about half a cup of sugar instead of a whole cup and it still turned out great. The only downside is that it didn't firm up very well. I eat it more like a pudding than a pie :). This is after 12 hours in the fridge. Next time I am going to try adding a bit of gelatin to it and see if that firms it up a bit.
