Amazing cake. I used all of the changes listed in the first review (extra vanilla, extra cinnamon, crushed pineapple, apple sauce + oil, 1 cup brown, 1 cup white sugar, etc). It turned out perfectly. The only thing I would say is that the icing is very sweet. I would almost cut some of the sugar next time I make it, but the cake itself is perfect sweetness, almost not sweet. I baked it for about 42 minutes and it was perfectly moist. I didn't put pecans in the icing, I just sprinkled some on top of the cake after icing it. Great recipe!
