This dish is wonderful. Just made it this evening and it had plenty of veggies which is always good. I used a whole packet of mushrooms instead of just 4. The dish was very tasty and the chicken came out quite good. I would say to make it a bit healthier, only use 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup milk. Some people said they don't like the soupiness of the dish, but I loved it! One last thing - I added cayenne pepper for a bit of spice and some onion powder and topped the dish off with fresh cilantro. The cilantro really really worked with this dish and is a MUST try! Hope everyone else enjoyed this dish as much as I did :)
