Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)

Oh my god this was good. I doubled the garlic and added an extra half cup of feta cheese. This was fantastic. Can't wait to make it again.

Fish Tacos

Wonderful recipe. To save time, I used prefried frozen fish and it was still fantastic. I prepared the sauce about an hour in advance to let the ingredients sit together. This was super simple and fantastic tasting.

Brie and Mushroom Phyllo Puffs

I used the premade phyllo cups like a few others suggested. I also added sherry to the cooking mushrooms. This was fantastic. My husband is not a fan of brie and he really loved these.

Pasta and Cauliflower

I thought this was very good. I roasted the cauliflower, onion, broccoli and garlic (5 cloves) in the oven with olive oil and then tossed with the pasta. I left out the additional garlic powder and used lots of freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Hummus III

Good starter recipe. I made it as is and didn't like it (too much tahini) but I followed the other reviews and added three extra garlic cloves, lots of extra olive oil and lemon juice, cayenne and cumin. Thought it was excellent after the adjustments.

Red Enchilada Sauce

Chili Potato Burritos

Very good! Next time I will saute onions and add them to the potato mix. I used the homemade enchilada sauce from the website. Very heavy dish - you could very easily make half a recipe.

Vegetable Stuffed Cannelloni

This was fantastic. I used spinach, onion and mushroom as my veggie filling and added fresh basil instead of dried to the ricotta. Word to the wise - make sure you don't over cook your noodles in the paraboiling stage. If they get too soft they are very hard to stuff with the filling.

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

I added shallots and fresh garlic and left out the sugar. I thought the basil added just enough sweetness by itself. Very good recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Excellent! My adjustments: I added two cloves of garlic with the mushrooms, left out the butter and only used 5 cups of water and increased the amount of wine to 1.5 cups.

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting

Good, but I would make a few adjustments next time. Like other reviews I felt like the cake was a bit heavy. However the lemon curd filling was absolutely incredible, as was the icing.
