I am famous for my guacamole and salsa (d's salsa-on this site made with mexican style stewed tomatoes instead of plain). I blend 2 of the avocados and cut the other into small chunks for texture. Also blend the onion and one tomato and leave the other tomato in small chunks. I sprinkle cayenne pepper all over the top once everything is blended and then mix it in. Now and then I'll add just a pinch of garlic powder and cumin for some extra flavor but usually I don't add anything!! Thanks for the recipe!!

D's Famous Salsa

This salsa is my favorite!! I make it all the time and even my boss (who doesn't like salsa, mind you) loves it! I use the mexican style stewed tomatoes and add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little extra spice. I add fresh, diced jalapeno's when I want to spice it up more.
