Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I increased the sugar (brown and white) by 1/2 cup each, added tsp of cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, tbsp of vanilla and omittd a tbsp of water. I mixed the syrup with the appples. Will also try next time to add small butter chunks on the apple/syrup mixtures before putting the crust. I buttered the bottom of the pan and put egg white to keep the bottom crust from getting soggy. Baked it at 350F for the whole time and 10 minutes before it was done, brushed the top with egg white, sugar and cinnamon.

Mom's Pie Crust
I added a little more water than recommended and freezed the dough overnight. I also did not touch the dough with my hands.
