Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

I would give this 5 stars but I didn't really follow the recipe - I just used this as a launching pad! :- ) But its still a good one to keep in the books.

Great and so simple!!! I took it to work and had tons of requests for the recipe. No one could believe that it only had 3 ingredients

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

It was okay. You need to roll it really tight in order to get a good swirl going. The bread was a little dry for my taste and fell apart if I tried to toast it.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2008
This is my new GO-TO recipe for Brownies! I do tweak it a little but it is still amazing. I add one cup of white sugar and one cup of brown. 3 eggs and one cup of flour. We also take them out of the oven a bit earlier and let them sit and cool off so they are uber gooey!! Perfect hot with some ice cream!! I have to freeze them in batches so I don't eat all the brownies in a day.

Corn Dog Muffins

OH MY - These are so delish!! I did not add the cheese (we were out) and halved the recipe and these were amazing. In fact, my husband said I am not allowed to make them anymore because they are too good!

Turkey Sausage Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
I found this recipe using an ingredient search in an attempt to use up food out of the pantry - was not too satisfied. I followed the suggestions of others and only cooked the noodles for 2 min. added some corn for sweetness, tobasco and only used one packet of seasoning. Still was a little bland for my taste. DH said never make again because Ramen is meant to be only Ramen not with any additions. Had to share that - but at least he was honest.

Sweet Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
Love this and so did all my guests! I made it for a New Years eve party and it was a huge hit. I cut all the ingredients in half except for the pasta. I originally only made 1/2 pound of pasta, but there was too much sauce, so I made the rest!! I will always make this pasta for parties and for my own special treat!!

Pork Chops with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: May 12, 2004
I used spicy Italian Sausage and it was a big hit, we like hot stuff. Next time I may not use the whole can of Tomato sauce, and put it aside to use if wanted. It was too tomatoey (-my word) for my family

Brown Sugar Chops

It was a little dry, but to me - pork is a tougher/dryer meat. I added honey as a glaze before serving. Will make again, with less margarine - it is a very simple/fast/easy recepie!!

Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2003
I made this for my Dad on Father's day. The man knows his Key lime pie and weeks later he was still talking about this recipe! I used a pre-made low fat crust and cool whip as a topping and it was as good as everyone else makes it sound. The pie is fine if you have to freeze it for less time. I believe mine was in the freezer for no more than 2 hours.

Wonderful! Great for those who love Chocolate and salt together. Make sure to remove the unpopped kernals before adding all the chocolate so you don't hurt yourself.

Caramel Chocolate Corn

Be sure to get rid of the unpopped corn kernals before you begin, you can really hurt yourself taking a hard bite on one. Other than that, this a wonderful fix for chocolate and salt lovers like myself!

Raspberry and Strawberry Buckle

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2002
Great recipe for those summer months when strawberries and raspberries are easy to come buy. The entire office loved it! I found that the topping wasn't "crumb like" next time I'll try it with less butter too - maybe that will make it drier.
