Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls
The 10 year old who rated this was right! Better than ice cream! I was in a hurry so I used quick rise yeast and it only took about 30 minutes to rise instead of 1 hour. They came out perfect and made the process go much faster. So yummy and easy!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
I didn't follow this recipe exactly, I just copied the idea and improvised a little. I left out the olives because they are a little strong for my kids' pallates and I added some chicken stock and a little bit of olive oil to the mixture. I served it with some home made tzatziki and it was fantastic. A great idea that I will make again and again.

Pizza Dough I
Too good to be true. I was suspicious that this recipe would be good after looking at it, but tried it any way. I didn't alter the recipe at all. It was not good, tasted like flour and water with a horrible texture. Gave it 2 stars instead of one because my 6 year old would eat it. The only think I think may have affected the outcome was possibly altitude (I live at 4,800 ft). From now on I will take a little extra time and use a more traditional recipe.
