Stuffed Chicken Valentino

I used chicken breast strips tenderloins instead of hammering it out. Which means I didn't roll it up. I breaded the chicken, laid it in the glass dish, and then put the peppers and cheese ontop. It was pretty good and very easy!

Crispy Oven-Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Sausage and Potatoes

This recipe is fabulous! The only problem I did, which has nothing to do with the recipe, is that I couldn't find fresh Rosemary, so I used the dried stuff. It was like little pieces of wood in there! Everything else was wonderful, though! I will be making this again, and I will definitely be sure to search for fresh Rosemary.

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

This was sooo good! My husband loved it...he went on and on about it. I didn't use the big porkchops. I found some scallopini porkchops and used those and it worked just fine. I also didn't use the packet in my porkchops, but used the packet in my water for my rice. The only complaint I have is that the recipe for the ranch rice was hard to find. I couldn't find it on this site and ended up having to google it. I did find it though. GREAT RECIPE! :) Still eating it right now.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

I made this using ham that I'd baked a few days before. Boy was it easy! I've never attempted anything like this before and I was really impressed. It was easy and quick. The flavor was really cool and the meat was moist. I will definitely make this again! My husband loved it.
