This is terrific. I made it a day in advance of a large family gathering. The flavors were subtle; not hot or too spicy. The meat was very moist and tasty. I used the leftovers to make the Tex Mex Soup from this website.

Super Filling Cannellini Bean and Escarole Dish

This is terrific and wonderfully filling. Substituted diced tomatoes w/chilis in tomato juice (added a nice kick), rinsed beans and discarded liquid to reduce amount of salt, plus added 1 tablespoon fresh minced rosemary.

Swanson® Roasted Tomato and Barley Soup

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

Fantastic! Real maple syrup (not pancake syrup) definitely the key to great flavor. I, too, opted to peel the garlic cloves. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.

Cajun Wild Rice

I had a box of wild rice someone gave me and needed a "one time recipe". Well, this recipe is a keeper that I will make again. I used chorizo sausage, jalepeno chicken sausage and cajun seasoning. And, like another reviewer, I decided it was just perfect without adding the mushroom soup. Thanks Josh for a terrific recipe!

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

Simple and delicious. After 5 hours in some homemade balsamic dressing, I cooked the chicken in a grill pan until done, and then added fresh mozzarella and tomato. Baked it in the oven, on the grill pan, for about 10 minutes @425, until the cheese melted. I heated some remaining balsamic dressing, tossed it with fresh spinach, and served the chicken on top with a side of garlic toast.

Creamy Cilantro Chicken with a Kick

Delicious! I put the chicken in a Crockpot and added all the ingredients without blending. Cooked 5 hours, removed chicken and used an immersion blender to puree sauce. Mixed the remaining coconut milk (leftover in can) with a bit of cornstarch to thicken, and added it to make more sauce. Served it on top of homemade pasta.

Dee's Health Bread

This recipe is easy and delicious. A great breakfast bread with honey or sugar and cinnamon. I look forward to experimenting with future loaves by adding dried fruits and nuts. The bread remains soft and fresh right down to the last slice. I did not have cracked wheat and substituted wheat germ with perfect results. If there were 10 stars this recipe certainly would qualify!
