I'm more of a baker than a cook, but I LOVE both. I'm a college student next year, and unfortunately, I won't cook/bake much because I'm on a meal plan. Fortunately, I have one of the best dining facilities in the nation (1 or 2 every year for the past 10 years) so hopefully, I can eat good and nutritious food!
Everything I cook has to be low fat because I have a heart condition, so most recipes I make are altered.
