This is a delicious recipe! Only recommendation aside for try to ease up on the garlic, which I did - you can also use garlic powder if you don't have close, is to ease up on the salt. My family doesn't normally cook with a lot of salt (plenty of spices for flavour, but not much salt) so we found this to be quite salty. I didn't even add as much salt as the recipe called for and I still feel like the additional salt could be skipped. So the next time I make this, I think that I'm going to cut the salt out seeing as the butter/margarine and cheese have enough salt as it is. Otherwise good recipe. I also scaled it down to 10 servings.
