Ground Beef Curly Noodle

GLHood, You and are are in the same boat. I go through the same thing. My husband and his three brothers get together, I end up making 2-9x13 pans. I only get to clean the pans.

Chocolate Rum Balls I

I would go with a gold or dark rum, just to intensify the flavor. I don't think I'd go with aged or pricey rums, though, because I don't think they would stand out among the other flavors, namely the sweetness. I think I used Appleton Estates the last time I made them. ALSO you could go with a dark rum. Like Goslings Black Seal to make rum balls (and other desserts) because the flavor is stronger than the light or gold rums, and adds a nice caramel note as well.

In order for these cookies to come out perfect, avoid making meringue on humid days. The sugar in the delicate egg-white mixture readily absorbs moisture from the air, which makes it soft and impossible to achieve thick, stiff peaks. Humidity may also cause some soft meringues to weep or crisp meringues to soften once baked. So before making these, get the local forecast.

Creme Brulee Cheesecake Bars

These are insanely delicious!! I brought these in to work, I work in the kitchen of a hospital. Everyone loved them, my team leader went to the store to get the ingredients so I could make more for the next day. Word got around pretty darn quick about these cheesecake bars, soon the kitchen was a popular place.
