LOVE! Add italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper. Definitely needs the parmesan. Broiled the last few minutes to crisp up the breading.

Good - thinner sauce, not creamy. Chicken is good with this.

AMAZING. I forgot the onion but subed dried onion flakes. Cook the sauce for a while, will get nice and thick.

Chicken Milano

Dredge chicken in flour w/ paprika, salt and pepper - then pan fry. In the same pan, then make sauce. LEAVE OUT SUN DRIED TOMATOS - gross. Do not use as much fresh parmesan cheese, it does not melt and ruins the texture of the sauce. The chicken, sauce and pasta are very good together.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
AMAZING! Marinade for 2 - 3 hours. Separate veggies, chicken, and pineapple so each have own skewer. Low heat for grill; follow top rated review version. Cook chicken alone first, when almost done move to top shelf of grill and add veggies/fruit to lowest level. Use leftover marinade from veggies to baste all during last 6 - 8 minutes of grilling.

Delicious! I only had 1lb of stew meat, but used the listed amount of everything else. Turned out great for just the two of us!

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2010
This is very good! I've made a few adjustments, but don't think I've found my groove with it yet. I've tried pounding out the meat (gross and messy!) and I've tried to butterfly the chicken...either way, the end product turns out good, just messy. It works better for me to butterfly the chicken (which I haven't done before this). Once that skill improves, I'm sure I'll be more excited about making this. All in all, a very good dish.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2010
I LOVE these!! They taste amazing and are so fun to decorate! They easily adapt to any occassion or holiday :) Yes they're time consuming, but well worth it. I followed the recipe exactly (flavor wise - YUM!) but after I mixed the frosting and cake together, I put the "batter" in the fridge for a few hours. Once it was nice and cool, I rolled into balls (a little less than a tablespoon worth of batter). I lightly sprayed my hands with non-stick spray. I then put the balls in the freezer overnight. The next day, I used toothpicks and almond bark to dip. I stored the decorated balls in the freezer. Very impressive!

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
These were very easy and good! Changes I did: added a layer of cream cheese prior to the pepperoni and still topped with mozzerella. Then I rolled up (skipped the cutting part) and put in the refrigerator for about an hour. We dipped the rolls in warmed maranara. Super quick and easy :)

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
This was absolutely amazing! I changed the sauce a little bit - 1/2 Fmaous Dave's Rich and Sassy & 1/2 Famous Dave's Devil's Spit in addition to the other ingredients. I followed others suggestions and shreded the chicken about an hour or so before it was done. Very easy and will make again!
