White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I will never make regular lasagna again! This was epic! I made a few changes. I sauteed the chicken with onions, olive oil and garlic. Also I added artichokes. Next time I will also add black olives. The flavor and texture of this lasagna is amazing. This will become a regular in my household.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
I never made this cheesecake following the directions. I am on my third cheesecake and it is a work of art. First you need to buy gram cracker crumbs and make the crust. Firmly lay it down in the bottom of a well-greased springform pan. Next you need to put 4 (8 oz) containers of cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and begin to beat. Add sugar and Vanilla (same amount as the directions) after you have a smooth texture add the 2 eggs. Once you have the eggs in add an ENTIRE can of pumpkin pie filling. Then add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and a tad bit of allspice. Cook about 45 min at 325 leave cheesecake in oven (turned off) while still warm for an hour. Will not crack. This is the perfect cheesecake, promise!

Creamy Chicken on Linguine
I read what most reviews said about there not being enough sauce. So I doubled the directions for the creamy sauce. Wow, was it amazing!! My boyfriend and I had to take a nap after we ate because we gorged ourselves. I was VERY happy with this recipe!!
