Vegan Bean Taco Filling
This was fantastic! I added a little goya ham base, for a meaty taste to it. This is perfect for me since i'm trying to eat healthier and add two veg meals a week to my diet! Wonderful!

Garlic Asparagus with Lime
Blanch, boiling water bath for about 1 minute, the asparagus then Shock, Ice water bath until cold again, before you saute. Then, you will have the beautiful color with less crunch.
