Both my bf and I use this recipe fairly often, and we both love it. It's not too "eggy" and they are really easy to make. They also freeze like a dream and reheat nicely. I like mine with fresh fruit, my bf likes his with an egg filling and it is delicious both ways! Perfect for sharing on a Sunday morning.

Pizza Dough I

I thought this would be a great on the go recipe and taste good. Oh man was I wrong. My crust turned out hard and dense (not a good dense). I'll stay with a traditional crust which allows rising time, for a fluffier, airy crust.

Half and Halfs

These are delicious, as I've been told by all members of my family. I put skor bits in both batters, and reeses chips in the chocolate half (instead of chocolate chips). They were a little on the hard side (i like mine extra soft and chewy), but I think that was more on my part, as I was just eyeballing them for doneness. Great with a glass of milk!

Homemade Bagels

My bf and I just made these and we are so impressed! Neither of us has done any yeast baking before so we were a little hesitant, but this recipe was awesome! The instructions were easy to follow; we added molasses to the boiling water as per other reviewers. It's also very versatile: I made onion cheddar bagels and his were topped with Hawaiian Red salt and oat bran. Two thumbs up!

Banh Mi

I've been on the biggest Banh Mi kick of my life the past week, and I love this recipe! I didn't have any white radish on hand so I omitted it, but without it it was still great. I also like to dip it in thai chili sauce.. makes a great dinner without having to turn on the oven!
