Super Easy Mardi Gras King Cake
Super Easy. I only had 2 cans of cinnamon rolls so I clumped them together into one long roll. I put them in a round cake pan. I didn't need a giant king cake I was just testing it out for myself and the kids. My sons step mom is from new Orleans so he has tried it. I have never had one so I said well lets try to make one. It came out easy. I decorated it in the colors with the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls. It looks wonderful, it's soft, a little too sugary for breakfast more of a desert cake.

Gluten Free Banana Bread
I just made these because I had a bunch of bananas that were turning faster then eaten. I can't eat much wheat or flour products it makes me sick afterwards. I used my gluten flour and baked these as muffins, figuring the kids could eat these for breakfast. I added some walnuts in it. Baked for 15-20 minutes. These came out great! My kids tasted them and loved them! I will make these again. Quick easy and healthy.

Blueberry Smoothie
I just so happened to have blueberrys and a huge tub of vanilla yogurt. I am on a low fat no diet. So I needed a change of my fruit routine. The nutmeg is to give it flavor, but with the vanilla yogurt and yes I threw in the vanilla extract as well. It gives it that sweeter taste you need. Not overly the sweet, I do not like sweets and candy either. So this hits the spot. Not bland at all. My blueberries were frozen, so it gave a ice cold blend. Now I like my smoothies a little more thicker, but this blended well. I guess add ice if you want it thicker, or to mild out the vanilla sweetness if you use vanilla yogurt. I'll try that next time.
