Grilled Potatoes and Onion

Mine stuck to the foil and were mostly burned too badly to eat. I had them on the top shelf of the grill and off to the side away from the direct heat and turned them as directed. I did have the cover on the grill so maybe that made it too hot or I just didn't have it far enough away from the heat. The flavor was really good on what was edible. I will try again but will really watch them closely so I don't burn them again. It wasn't quite as foolproof as I anticipated.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Sauce was very good. Next time I will cut recipe in half. It made way too much for the recipe of Southwest Egg Rolls and I ended up throwing a lot of it out which was a shame because it was very good.

Perfect Turkey Gravy

Turned out great! It was the first time I ever made gravy so using the mix as an ingredient made me less nervous. It tasted great and was a big hit at our family Thanksgiving dinner.

Succulent Pork Chops

Great flavor but recipe produced way too much glaze. The pork chops were floating in it as they baked and it never thickened up like I thought it would. It was very watery and I had expected it to caramelize. Didn't happen.

Sausage Stuffing

Great recipe but next time I will cut the sausage in half (use1/2#). I also added an apple diced up and it added a nice flavor. I didn't get much grease from my sausage so I had to use more butter. My family really loved it.
