I am a Technology Education Student. I specialize in grilling and smoking. I make my own BBQ sauce and Rubs. My favorite thing to cook would be ribs and beer can chicken, I have tried to make beer can turkey in the past my grill does not hold heat that will to cook some thing that size when its below freezing outside I'll have to try again come spring every year I cook Christmas dinner for my family. The menu is normally my ribs that I start smoking be for we open gifts and their normally ready by 6 pm, yams, home made apple sauce, and a 7 layer salad.
