Roasted Potatoes with Tomatoes, Basil, and Garlic

I have used this recipe a few times now and each time have had to add about 20 minutes onto the cook time. Maybe I am not cutting the potatoes up small enough. I also add shredded Romano cheese right out of the oven to give it that extra touch. Very good each time!

Pizza Burgers I

definitely a quick recipe, but my family found it a bit lacking in flavor, could be the sauce I used, but I added pizza spices and it was still a bit bland. Will try again and experiment next time. Thanks!

Easy Biscuit Mixture

Perfect in a pinch! I accidentally used baking soda instead of baking powder so my biscuits were very bitter, but otherwise the recipe was great! My mistake! LOL

Chicken Gravy

I read the recipe wrong and used Chicken broth instead of Chicken stock so it was kind of strange looking at first, but I added a bit of the chicken drippings from the fried chicken we had made and it turned out delicious!! Thanks!

Peppermint Patty Surprise

I have used this recipe quite a few times now and I have tried making this a couple of different ways. I also could not find mint chips so I used semi sweet and added peppermint extract until they were to my liking. I have also found that if you don't want that minty mess all over your cookie sheets then you have to make your cookies bigger. I only get about 2 dozen cookies, but I have not had the melted mess problem since I made them bigger. I also used spoons to get the peppermint patty in the center so that I didn't get completely messy. I also do not roll them a second time in the powdered sugar, I sprinkle the powdered sugar on with a flour sifter after baking them. I love this recipe and will use it again, and I only gave it 4 stars because these cookies are a chore to make, but if you are up to it, they are really yummy!
