Excellent recipe. I did make it with the traditional graham cracker crumb coating for the sides and bottom, but the cookie coating sounds really good. The only difference I did with the actual cheesecake was add two tbs of flour as I had seen that recommended on a couple of other sites (I don't know if this really made a difference in the end product). The Cheesecake was outstanding and it was the first time that I had worked with actual vanilla beans. Too much fun. Thanks for this definate keeper!!!!!!! Kass

Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

For the first time, I created a better raspberry vinaigrette than a restaurant. We drizzled this over grilled chicken on a bed of spring mix greens, grape tomatoes, thin sliced red onions, black olives, and sprinkled the top with crumbled blue cheese and toasted walnuts. Outstanding. Thank you.

London Broil I

Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

I read the reviews and "kicked this up a notch" so to speak. Anyways I used 2 cups of graham crackers, 7 tbs butter, doubled the cream cheese as everyone else suggested, added 1 tsp vanilla to the cream cheese mixture, as well as 1/2 cup sour cream. I kept the sugar amount in the blueberries. Then I cooked everything in a regular cheesecake pan. This was the hit of yesterday's picnic.

Roquefort Pear Salad

This is one of the best salad recipes that I have ever come across. It would probably be very good with apples also. We had this salad with the "Quiche Lorraine I" for a really interesting dinner.

French Baguettes

this is an extremely easy and economical recipe to make. great warm as advertised. only one change i would make (and have). use egge white, not yolk to crust up the top. and after you coat with egg white, you may coat with such items as garlic salt, kosher salt, rosemary or enjoy plain. an instant family favorite. thank you!!

Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad

This is the first macaroni salad that I have ever made that has come out good. The family loved this. I just added 1/4 c of sour cream, green olives to your recipe. Also, I didn't need to use all dressing mixture. This recipe is worth the try and was delicious. Thank you.
