I visited Texas and flew to have a dental vacation.  I went to a local mexican restaurant and wanted to order a Chalupa.  A chalupa is like a taco only double in size.  I was told by the waitress" JUST ORDER TWO TACOS!!  They did not have any!! I always thought texas was the most mexican state… MORE

Easy Cheddar Cheese Potato Bake
Potatoes are cut thick and not thin, otherwise you will have muchy potatoes. Bake the potatoes for an additional 20 minutes. I love the taste!!
