Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
Excellent, fast and easy. CHANGES I MADE : I didn't have any broth so I added 2 chicken bouillon cubes and one veggie bouillon cube to the noodles while I precooked them. I did not drain the noodles, I poured in the water and noodles into the saute pot. I added a can of chicken breast meat due to ease and I was out of chicken breasts.. also I followed other reviewers suggestions to saute garlic, celery, onions and carrots, I did this while boiling the noodles poured it all together added spices and voila! Done so fast and it tasted like it had cooked all day. YUM

Easy Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
I make this 1x every 2 wks. I usually use cream of mushroom as the soup tastes GREAT over the rice..... fastest budget friendly meal out there... Prep time seriously as fast as you can plop chicken in the pan and pour the soup over it. I make the rice while it cooks. It usually takes 45 mins or so for the chicken, I use a glass pan for this

Pork Scaloppini with Mustard Creme

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
This turned out very good, and seems so much more high class than the crockpot style I usually cook pork tenderloin. I altered a little, as I just used what I had. Half and half instead of cream, spicy yellow and regular yellow mustard instead of honey, all chicken broth didn't have any kind of booze in the house, and I made my own all spice.. I had the 3 parts of it. Only thing I added was corn starch as other reviewers said would thicken up the sauce.. it did. My picky husband loved it and thought I may have bought it and threw some pans in the sink! Really yummy!

Best Stovetop BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2011
Very Yummy. I didn't have steak sauce or soy sauce so I used BBQ sauce and added the garlic, water, and worcestershire. The onions on top added great flavor. Sauce was a little to watery so I think I'd omit the water if I make again. Thanks so much for a recipe to get my ribs cooked in record time! :)

Green Turkey and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
This ended up pretty plain. As some reveiewers suggested I sauted onions and garlic with the spinach before I put it in the pan. I added salt and pepper and added a little broccoli. I think the idea of this recipe is good, it just needs more flavor.

Pasta in Vodka Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
Followed recipe exactly. I'm not sure if hubby and I are not vodka sauce fans or if it's something else. This recipe was edible, but not something I would waste glorious prosciutto on again. We didn't even save the left overs for lunches as we didn't want to eat again. Thanks anyway! I appreciate that the recipe was available to try :).
