Toffee Chunk Cheesecake

This came out absolutely delicious... by far the best cheesecake i have made so far! BUT the timing is way off and I had to raise the temperature a bit and bake for much longer. One trick, when you turn off the oven, leave the cake in the hot oven in the bath to cool with the oven.. it will cook off a little more.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Very Yummy! It does make an aweful lot of crumble though, so using a deep pie dish, I used some of the 'crumble' for a bottom pie crust which i baked before filling. I also used 4 cups rhubard & strawberry instead of 3. Served warm its delicious.

New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

Phenomenal! I added a pinch of paprika and cayenne, after all it is "New Orleans"! It is very flavorable and was a big hit. I did skip the potatoes simply because I didn't have any but they were not necessary. I also used a hilshire "cheddar wurst" smoked sausage.

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

Fantastic! I also used all shrimp, since crawfish is not readily available in my area. It does take prep time peeling 2lb of shrimp but well worth it!

Runaway Bay Jamaican Chicken

This marinade recipe is fantastic and so versatile! I decided to try it, because I my boyfriend and I recently went to jamaica and he loved the jerk chicken. Although this is not as spicy made as it, still excellent and you can make it spicy to taste. It is slightly a pain to make, but has superb flavor that everyone raved about. I made a huge batch to keep some on hand, so it is worth the hassle. It can even be used to make a quick and tasty pasta sauce with some added milk or cream. Thank you for the favorable recipe!

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

This absolutely the best potato soup recipe. I have been searching for a good one for a while and this is the best. Pureeing half of it gives it excellent texture and thickness.
