Baked Buffalo Wings
These were the best wings we have ever had. Everyone enjoyed them tremendously. I did trim the wings of the excess skin and fat before cooking to try and cut down on the fat. That process took a very long time, but the wings were great. The only thing I changed was I used 1/4 tsp. chipotle pepper and 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper since I had both on hand.
