Easy Stromboli

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
We have been making a recipe like this for many years. I was so happy to see it on here already! We like to put pepperoni and ham with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in it. You could put whatever you like in it (whatever you might like on a pizza). But we really like those. Some times we add coconut flakes (which we like to add to our pizzas). The kids love to help make it and eat it!

Baked Oatmeal II

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
This baked oatmeal is AMAZING! We bake it in a 9x9 pan and it yields 9 servings. We usually add walnuts and flax seeds. We also use applesauce to cut down on the butter. Last week we made it and couldn't find our dried cranberries so we did without and it was delicious! I might like it even better without the dried cranberries. You really could add any kind of nut or dried fruit you have on hand. Enjoy! It's good!!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
This is such an easy recipe to do and still very tasty! I had lots of frozen chicken and not a lot of other ingredients, so I needed something good with a short ingredients list. I had Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce and a zesty Italian dressing. An hour before eating I shredded the chicken and added a splash of liquid smoke I had on hand. DELICIOUS!!!

Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
This was awesome! I would put 4.5 stars because it could've used more salt, which I will add more next time I make it. This was also very easy to make (and better for you than using a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup). Due to our busy schedule yesterday I decided to try putting this in my slow cooker to finish cooking and be ready to eat when the family came back from a meeting. It turned out great! We didn't even need a knife to cute the pork it was so tender. The only adjustment I made, besides turning it into a slow cooker recipe, is adding a finely chopped onion.
