Hearty Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
This was pretty good, but I did change it. I used an extra cup of ham(I just wanted to use all the ham I had) and I doubled the cheese. I put 1 cup in the mix before baking it, and then the cup called for on top. I also did about 6 times the amount of onion called for. I thought I tbl. of onion for this gian casserole was pretty ridiculous, but I do like onion. I also added garlic powder to the milk mixture, could have used more than I did.

This was delicious! I did ad garlic and pepper to the onions due to the other reviews though. I used a little more of everything that was called for, but it evened out. I also double stovetop on the crust and put it over the whole top. I will be making this again!

Alternative Baked Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
This was really excellent! I made it for 4 servings not 2 so i doubled everything, but used 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice, and I think that was plenty. I also used 4 cloves of garlic as others suggested, and found that i needed to almost triple the mayo. As far as the cook time thought I thought it was good. I baked it for 15 min before the broiling and it was really just about over cooked. I would not bake it for more than 10-12 minutes. thanks for the recipe it was delicious!

I LOVE this recipe! I have been making it for family holidays for 3 years now! :) People always request it! I do add 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon(or more) of garlic, with just a touch of pepper. Fabulous!
