The first time I made this, I used the "fast bake" setting on my machine, bcz the manual said to use that setting if I use rapid rise yeast (bread machine yeast). The first time it came out very heavy. I followed the directions this time &used the normal rise and bake setting, except for using olive oil and an extra 1/2 tsp salt. It came out beautiful! So light and fluffy..great with butter and honey. A little too fluffy/crumbly for sandwiches, but regardless, this bread is so tasty for it being such a simple recipe-and the aroma while baking made everyone hungry! It was gone in a day.
