Grandma's Gingersnaps

i added 3/4 tsp each of cardamon and cinnimon and, 1/2 tsp coriander and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and replaced molasses with honey. Made a delicious spicy gingersnap, crispy on the outside, chewy in the centre.
