I've always been afraid of waterbaths...so I didn't. I baked at 350 for 30 mins. then 300 for 15 mins. then oven off for 15 mins. then 1 hour with the door ajar. the fridge. no cracks.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I didn't read the other comments and baked at 400 for 25 minutes until I was concerned that it may be overcooking. I took it out and it was just slightly past done. I'm pretty new to cooking so I wouldn't begin to suggest a proper cooking time, but for me at least, the cooking time indicated was not correct. Otherwise, a very tasty dish
