Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

This recipe is excellent! I use air bake pans and do have to cook it a little longer. Also I have been making a double batch without the nuts and it is a huge hit. I have already made about 10 loaves this season. Good stuff!

Herbed Chicken and Fettuccini

Everyone in the family enjoyed this recipe. I used minced onion instead of the red onion and I was out of sherry so I used red wine. Nice flavor and easy to prepare.

Chicken Pot Pie I

I made my own crust, cooked my own chicken breast strips and used frozen stew veggies. Turned out really good. It took longer to make this way but cost a lot less in the long run.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Excellent and easy. I did use a bit more bread crumbs and rolled the chicken in the crumbs and then placed in the baking pan. The whole family enjoyed it! Wonderful!

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

Received great reviews from home and work. I used 1/2 a cup of nuts and 1/2 a cup of raisins. The mix was nice using both. I also dusted the pans with sugar instead of flour.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Classy Chicken

My whole family gave this a 5 star rating. I served it with artichokes and rice and we watched the Academy Awards. I was missing the mustard but leaving it out did not make a difference. It was great!

Boscobel Beach Ginger Cake

Candied Chicken Breasts

This was easy and the whole family liked it. I did use dried minced onion in place of the grated onion and it came out just fine. I don't think I would use the pineapple rings unless we have guests as no one in the family ate their pineapple ring at dinner.

Turkey Pot Pie

This was a little labor intensive but worth the work. The family loved the recipe and gave it thumbs up all around. I did cut back on the onions since my kids do not like them and only used 1/4 of the onion that I ran through the blender before adding to the recipe. It still gave it flavor without the kids realizing it was in there. Good Stuff!

I doubled this recipe and it was a real hit with the family. I served it in Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells that are ready to bake from the freezer. They make it look extra special. Served with a tossed salad.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

This was so easy and fast. Our family gave it a 4 1/2 to 5 Star Rating. I made just a little extra sauce and returned the cutlets to the pan to coat in the sauce before serving.

Beefs Portuguese Style

This was a 4 1/2 to a 5 star rating with my family. I might be tempted to cut back on the Chile paste just a tad but aside from that I would not alter the recipe. I served it with corn and homemade mashed potatoes with garlic and herbs. The tenderloin is a little spendy but I think it was worth the cost for the meat to be so tender. Also I let it soak in the mixture for 30 to 45 minutes.
