I picked out this dish to push the limits on what my husband would eat. His verdict: "This is the second best dinner you have ever made for me." I loved it too. Here's my twist on the recipe: 4 cloves of garlic (not 2), 2 chopped carrots, 1 1/2 stalks of celery (chopped), 1 can (28 oz) of diced tomatoes, 2 cups of chicken stock (instead of 1 cup of water), 1 tbsp of all the spices (instead of 1 tsp) and 1 cup peanut butter. Because there was more stuff, it took a bit longer to cook. I served it over jasmine rice. Loved it and will be serving it again soon!
