WOW!!!! That was fantastic! After reading the reviews I decreased the sugar to 3/4 cup and used 12 oz of Starbucks coffee with a shot of marsala wine instead of coffee liqueur. I also added some coffee to the cream mixture. YUMMY!!!!! BUT it NEEDED to set overnight.

Ranch Ham Roll-Ups

I added lettuce and cheddar. But the cheddar was probably unnecessary since they have already have cream cheese. But they were a big hit! I made them for my daughters volleyball team where there were several different varieties of roll-ups to choose from. These were clearly the favorite.

Strawberry Cake II

LOVE this cake. Very Easy and always gets rave reviews! I use fresh strawberries and a cream cheese frosting... Nothing Better!!!!

Southwestern Egg Casserole

Great recipe! I always make it when I have weekend guests and we reheat the leftovers the next day. I've been told that it tastes even better the second day. I substitute ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese.

Chocolate Walnut Rum Balls

YUMMY, I have been looking for a recipie with real chocolate chips instead of cocoa powder (Thats the way my aunt made them) I also use ginger snaps instead of vanilla wafers. THE BEST!!
