Pasta With Spinach Sauce
Great, easy dish for a weeknight! I drained the spinach, and added lots of garlic, and feta instead of Parmesan, because that's what I had. Even my 4yr old and 11mos old ate it!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
Mmmm. So easy and yet so good. I cut the chicken into long, thick strips. I don't like having a huge chunk of meat to eat. That way, the strips had more gooey sauce! I also covered the pan with foil and removed it with about 15mins or so left for baking.

Applesauce Bars
The taste was ok, but they were WAY too sweet. And I've got a sweet tooth! I didn't even have the icing on top either.
