I love baking and cooking and LOVE trying new recipes. I like to cook/bake anything that looks good to me. I particularly love baking and using my friends as guinea pigs :) They never seem to mind and always beg for more so I take it as a good sign! I've baked/cooked dozens of things. I think my favorite is my homemade lasagna and my brownies. I also make a mean cheesecake and shepards pie. I just tried to make homemade cinnamon buns which were a failure. I think I may have added too much yeast and may try it again but tweak the recipe.
