This was really good but I changed a few things. First I sliced a large onion and sautéed it in the pan with the pork, when the pork was ready to come out I left the onions in the pan and then deglazed the pan with some white wine then put the onions on top of the pork. I changed the sauce too, instead of milk and water, I used 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup white wine, I think next time I will try a "Golden Mushroom Soup" but it was good with the regular cream of mushroom. I made no-yolk noodles as a side, coated them with butter and bread crumbs, had plenty of gravy to put over the noodles. Tasted fantastic!
