My cooking triumphs
Thanksgiving dinner for the entire family. My first dinner I was so nervous that it would be a flop, but to my and everone else's surprise it was a Victory. Thank you mom.
My cooking tragedies
Fried chicken. I cut up a whole chicken, battered it, fried it, it was the Prettiest chicken I ever seen. My guest took a bite, and OMG, I could have died, It was so raw. I have NEVER attempted to make it again, and never will.
