These are great. I first made them exactly as posted but over time have adjusted to my preference, and to make it easier :) I usually leave out chicken and double most of the veggies. I also bake them instead of frying, about 20 mintues at 350. They are awesome fried but the process can be messy, I think they are just as good baked and of course healthier. My sauce of choice is raspberry chipotle, YUM! These are a hit with anyone. And if you're cooking for one or two, you can always freeze extras for another time.
