Baked Cranberry Sauce

Red Bean Salad with Feta and Peppers

I LOVE this salad, have made it many times. It has a lot of feta, so if you don't like it this is not the salad for you. It's just very flavorful, crunchy, and delicious. It is also good as leftovers.

Loved it! Easy and tasty. I did cut down on the butter, I used about 1/3 cup, and since I didn't have any tomatoes I used mushrooms and onions.

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

I have tried many, many vegetarian chili recipes over the years, and this is not only the easiset, but also the best. It is not hot at all as written, so if you like spicy hot, you'll want to add more heat. My husband doesn't like hot food so I make it as is and then just add hot sauce to my serving. I have varied the recipe, usually I don't add the corn, but do 2 15 oz cans of beans (pintos and kidneys) instead. But it is excellent as written.

Brandied Shrimp with Pasta

Excellent, and even better the next day! It is a little too liquidy, but it tastes so good it doesn't matter. Also, my flambe barely flamed (I was having trouble getting the lighter to work), and it still was incredibly good, so I'm not sure the flambe is necessary.

Broccoli Cheese Bake

I thought this was a very good casserole. I thought this was better than the broccoli casseroles with the rice in them. I used cheddar cheese, but I think the next time I make it I will use the Swiss.
