The Best Lemon Bars
Delicious! I did as others suggested and made with 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup flour and 1/2 tsp lemon zest. The kids love it!!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
this sauce is excellent!! I used yogurt for the sour cream, 2 tsp of dill and about 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and a bit extra on the garlic. Also, pan fried the fish in a bit of butter and olive oil. Very tasty.

Cinnamon Syrup
Great flavor! I used half the flour because of the reviewers who said it was too thick. Andy wanted it a little thicker than that. Also, I might use corn starch just to make it clear rather than cloudy. Loved the taste though!
