I love this site! These were both twice as delicious and twice as healthy as other stuffed peppers I've made. I sauteed garlic, fresh basil, spinach, green onion, sea salt, pepper, and italian spices. I added ground turkey, tomato, and used Parmesan cheese instead of feta. The flavors were incredible! Definitely use fresh basil if you can, and the arborio rice (i had leftover) is really hearty and filling (if you can, i would definitely recommend it over regular long grain rice). My only problem was the peppers lost their shape while roasting which made stuffing difficult... but i read a comment about using a muffin pan which is a great tip! My whole family loved this recipe, and you could really add any vegetable, meat, cheese you have on had. Highly recommend!
