Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2014
This was really good and really easy! Like others, I added some garlic and Worcestershire sauce as well as BBQ sauce instead of ketchup and it turned out great. My husband, who usually turns his nose up at eating ground turkey over beef, really liked it and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day. I will definitely make again!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2013
I thought it needed to be cooked longer, I checked it at 35 and took it out at 40 but it could have used another 5-10 minutes, it was too runny. But it tasted good and was eaten at our holiday party.

Strawberry Cobbler I

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2013
I followed others and decreased the water to 1/2 cup and it still feels like too much. I would also double the topping, I have way too many strawberries and juice for the amount of cobbler topping.

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2013
My husband, who couldn't even pronounce it, really like it. I added asparagus but followed everything else as is (1 can black beans though). Made with a broiled salmon and will be making again!

Creamy Chipotle Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2012
As written I ended up with way too much sauce but I saved the extra and used it over tortellini the following day. I added mushrooms and some spinach too and served the chicken over rice.

Chicken Fusilli with Spinach and Asiago Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
After reading other reviews saying it was bland, I marinated my cubed chicken in olive oil, garlic and cayanne pepper spice for a few hours before cooking. I also omitted the 1/2 cup of water to make for a thicker sauce and added mushrooms. My husband liked the extra kick from the marinated chicken.

Shoyu Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
This was a very falvorful chicken and perfect for the grill. I don't like how soy sauce can take over the flavor so I only used 1/3 cup (I halved the recipe to begin with). I made this with the mushroom stuffed zucchini also from allrecipes for a great summer night meal on the grill!

Vernita's Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
While it was easy, it didn't have much flavor. Maybe adding some hot sauce, garlic or herbs would have given it the extra kick it needed. May try again with some revisions.

Chili Sauce Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
My husband and I really liked this chicken recipe - I added some cajun spices and red pepper flakes to the marinade and it gave the chicken just a little kick. It was a great, quick recipe for the grill!

Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
I followed the advice of others, I used the roasted garlic alfredo sauce and added onions, mushrooms, garlic and italian seasoning to the spinich mix. It looked great and tasted even better! It made enough for plenty of leftovers too.

Asian Salmon

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
This recipe was great! I followed the suggestions and baked for 15 minutes and broiled for another 7 and it came out perfectly. I saved the marinade, added corn startch and poured over the finished salmon and brown rice. With a side of steamed green beans, it was a flavorful, healthy meal that I will make again!
