LOVE this recipe! I have made a commitment to bake all my bread to help reduce processed foods and this one is super easy and delicious! It is very forgiving and I have used all kinds of flours. If I do use all whole wheat, I add 1 TBSP of Vital Wheat Gluten ( a powder) to the dough for each cup of wheat. This adds more protein and helps the bread rise properly. I make 2 big loaves and my kids eat it up for sandwiches, morning toast, afternoon snack, whatever! We love this bread. BONUS: the house smells great when I bake it!
